Your American Dream starts here
Always dreamed of playing baseball in the U.S.? Triple Play is here to guide you along the way: from the Dutch ball field to the American diamond. Every year, we guide a select number of players through the process: from finding a school and setting up meetings with coaches to securing the visa and providing guidance after arrival.
Small-scale, dedicated, and with a strong network, we ensure your American baseball adventure runs smoothly, from the first introductory meeting until you hop on your flight to the promised land. We’re not about professional contracts, but about an unforgettable experience that you will cherish for the rest of your life.
The process explained
From our first meeting to your departure to the U.S., we guide you every step of the way. Our process consists of three steps, which we explain below.
Reaching first
We meet up and talk about your dreams and ambitions. We create your unique player profile and guide you through the necessary paperwork to set you up for success.
Sliding into second
We find schools that fit you, both athletically and academically. We set up meetings with coaches and get you to meet all admission requirements. Then it’s up to you to make your decision. We’ll be at your side to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Around third, heading home
Now your dream is about to become reality. We guide you through the visa process and final preparations. Then it’s off to Schiphol, and you’ll be on your way to the US! We also take care of your PR so everybody will know about this next big step in your career.
Our team
Triple Play revolves around personal guidance and a strong network. With years of experience in baseball and close ties to the American circuit, we are here for you. Small-scale, committed, and always accessible. That is how we make your baseball adventure possible.

He’s been a baseball academy-level coach for many years and is currently a member of the Netherlands U12 national team coaching staff.
Kevin shares his experience
Kevin played college baseball in Oklahoma. In the US, the Dutch pitcher learned lessons for life. He went on to play professionally for Curaçao Neptunus.
“I’ve been playing baseball since I was four. Playing baseball in America is what you dream of as a young player. When the opportunity arose to play in the US, I hesitated about taking the plunge. Although the sport is the same, the experience is vastly different from the Netherlands. Your school schedule is tailored to your baseball training. You practice six days a week, often for hours. For Americans, sports is a way to advance in life, to get into a university. They take it very seriously. I learned a tremendous amount about baseball, about discipline, and about myself. In America, you have your ups and downs as well. That’s part of it. But looking back, it was a fantastic experience that I would recommend to any athlete.”
— Kevin played in Altus, a small town in southwestern Oklahoma
